Hiatus Creative

In July 2025, I developed the comprehensive brand identity for Hiatus Creative, a business founded by a photography and videography duo. My goal was to architect a visual language that seamlessly blends professional credibility with an adventurous, curiosity-driven spirit. The core of the design centers on a minimalist white rabbit icon symbolizing new journeys, harmonized with a neutral, earthy color palette and bold typography to convey grounded confidence. Critically, I integrated subtle texture and grain throughout the system to add a tactile quality that mirrors the organic nature of their creative medium.

My process focused on translating a "work hard, play hard" ethos into a scalable brand architecture. I worked closely with the founders to ensure every choice from the iconic mark to the robust typefaces reflected their dedication to craft and passion for exploration. By collaborating with the duo to align their portfolio with this new identity, I ensured a cohesive storytelling approach across all platforms. The final brand provides Hiatus Creative with a versatile and memorable visual language that attracts high-value local businesses while embodying their unique mission of creating a life of adventure through professional excellence
