As the Director of Creative Services at McKinley, I led the development of comprehensive visual systems for Ball State Athletic events. My primary objective was to increase student and community attendance while elevating the game-day experience through high-impact design. I architected a diverse range of creative assets for football, basketball, and charity events, ensuring a consistent and high-energy brand presence across the university campus.

I focused on translating the raw energy of the sports arena into a compelling digital and physical narrative. By designing visually striking posters and dynamic social media graphics, I fostered a stronger sense of community and boosted online engagement. I collaborated with photographers and videographers to capture live competition, providing clear creative direction to ensure all content aligned with the spirit of Cardinal athletics. This leadership role solidified my ability to manage complex, fast-paced production schedules and deliver polished marketing collateral that drives measurable local impact.
